The largest glass art show in California occurs in San Diego this Mother’s Day weekend. Glass artisans who work in blown, kiln, torched, stained, cast, etched, and mosaic forms will display their works while others offer demonstrations and hands-on projects to educate the public on how to work with this fascinating and beautiful medium. A special artist booth will benefit St. Madeline Sophie’s Center, a charity that serves adults with developmental disabilities. Kids and pets welcome.
