For the first time since it was built more than 50 years ago, the two-estate oceanfront compound with private beach access at 2345 S. Coast Highway has been listed for sale.
“This beautiful compound on two prime legal lots is the last of its kind in Laguna Beach,” said listing agent Shauna Covington, a REALTOR®-Sales Associate with our Laguna Beach location.
“It was originally built over five decades ago and has never been offered for sale before. The two luxurious residences are on a three-quarter-acre bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and are fully gated to ensure maximum privacy.”

Every home is someone’s castle. But some are more regal than others. Here are a few extraordinary residential transactions our agents have been involved in recently:
Reality TV stars Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s two West Hollywood Hills homes were snapped up within two weeks of each other. The first was daughter Kelly’s 1961 contemporary, with 2,538 square feet of living space, which fetched $2 million. Next was daughter Aimee’s boxy contemporary next door, with 2,038 square feet, which went for $2.25 million. Both homes have backyard pools, spas, and two-car garages. Kirk Hoffman of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ Beverly Hills office represented the buyer.
