The Tenenbaum family recently sold and moved out of their beautiful, traditional Hidden Hills estate – right into a brand-new estate across the street. Marc and Rory Shevin of our Calabasas office represented the Tenenbaums, who will soon be living the good life in Hidden Hills after they renovate and make it their own.

Howard Tenenbaum, vice president of Van Nuys-based Keyes Automotive Group, and his family traded up to a newer estate, leaving behind 1.5 flat acres with spectacular grounds that include a pool, spa, sports court, covered patio, and barbecue center.

The proud new owners can also enjoy organic fruits and vegetables from their very own garden and the roses that grow abundantly on the property. The park-like grounds are also home to a stable, mature trees, and ample off-street parking.

As expected, the home itself reflects the beauty and elegance of the grounds. A light, bright and immaculate interior with an open floor plan welcomes you upon entering. Amenities include a home theater, custom office, private gym, and  chef’s kitchen. The large master suite, which has its own retreat and fireplace, is one of the residence’s six bedrooms.

The Shevins represented both the buyer and seller of this $7.245 million home, and report that they are able to do so on roughly 15 percent of their transactions.
