Summer has flown by right before our eyes, but Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties is ready for the fall season. As September came to a close, four new agents joined the team. Please welcome Ryan Judson, Sarah Jane Tandy, Dawne Loveday and Sarah Anders.
Ryan Judson – With a top-producing real estate professional for a father, Judson witnessed firsthand what it takes to thrive in a competitive market. He credits his success to his ability to leverage the lessons learned from his father’s challenges and achievements, combined with his inherent knowledge of marketing, negotiating and property valuation.
Sarah Jane Tandy – When approaching sellers and buyers alike, Tandy understands the importance of being present for her clients and being a good listener. “I believe you have to be open-minded and patient to truly support your clients. I want to treat everyone like I would want to be treated,” Tandy says.
