This gorgeous San Diego home, located in Rancho Santa Fe, is the winner of our Summer Dream Home Contest! The competition took place from July 20 to July 24 on our Instagram page.
We asked our agents to send us their dreamiest listings then asked you to vote on one of the five contestant photos that you thought was the best listed in Southern California. By Friday at 4:30 p.m. the San Diego listing had 52 likes, beating its competition by over 20 likes.

We want to find the best listed home in Southern California, so we turned to our agents and asked them to send us the best of their current listings. Once we had our submissions, we put them to a vote and chose, from each county, one listing that we thought best represented the California lifestyle. Every home is someone’s castle. But some are more regal than others. Here are a few extraordinary residential transactions our agents have been involved in recently:
Reality TV stars Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s two West Hollywood Hills homes were snapped up within two weeks of each other. The first was daughter Kelly’s 1961 contemporary, with 2,538 square feet of living space, which fetched $2 million. Next was daughter Aimee’s boxy contemporary next door, with 2,038 square feet, which went for $2.25 million. Both homes have backyard pools, spas, and two-car garages. Kirk Hoffman of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ Beverly Hills office represented the buyer.
