Joe Campagna, manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ Coronado office, is pleased to announce that Gina Schnell has joined his team of professionals. “Gina comes to us with a strong background in banking and financial services,” said Campagna. “With her business experience and talent for marketing and sales, she is a tremendous asset to her clients.”
Previously a senior vice president and regional sales manager for a major U.S. bank, Schnell is uniquely qualified to help her clients identify the best possible options when purchasing a home, securing a loan or selling a property. She commented that, “strong negotiating skills and the ability to communicate effectively are critical to any business transaction.”
Schnell is excited to be home in Coronado after spending the past 20 years supporting her husband’s career in the U.S. Navy. During that time, she relocated her family to several communities across the nation and overseas. “Moving numerous times and getting my family settled into often unfamiliar surroundings gave me an appreciation for the value that a qualified real estate agent brings to the table,” notes Schnell.
With a business degree from Golden Gate University, Schnell is eager to apply her education, professional background and life experience to help her clients find the right home and acclimate to their new surroundings. “I am passionate about advocating on my clients’ behalf, based on their unique perspective, needs and financial goals.”
When she isn’t working, attending her boys’ athletic events, or completing her own home improvement and renovation projects, Schnell serves as a board member and treasurer for Coronado Little League Baseball.
