Coronado Christmas Parade

What:
Join Coronado and people from all across San Diego for the 39th Annual Coronado Christmas Parade & Downtown Open House. The fun begins at the Ferry Landing as Santa arrives promptly at 3:20 p.m., and carolers frolic in snow fun at snow mountain. Then, mosey on down to the Hotel del Coronado, where you can experience ice skating like no other — on the beach! Then pick a good spot on Orange Avenue and watch the Coronado Christmas Parade roll by starting at 6 p.m. Orange shuts down to traffic and becomes a Christmas wonderland. Stop by the shops along Orange before and after the parade. They’ll have treats and festivities to make holiday shopping a memorable and relaxing time. At 7 p.m., be at Rotary Park (near the Visitor Center at 1100 Orange Ave.,) when the Christmas tree will be lit for the holiday season. The Community Band will be on hand to set the festive mood.
