True Religion jeans co-founder Kym Gold apparently finds Encino to be a better fit than Malibu. She has bought a new $6.3 million house in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood after selling her beach home last November for $18.45 million.
The 7,200-square-foot residence was designed by Meyer Architecture in the Traditional style with an East Coast vibe: slatted wall siding, large picture windows, plantation shutters, and a pitched roofline with vertical slat vents.
The two floors of living space include a formal dining room, chef’s kitchen, library/study, six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and fireplaces in the family room, living room, and master suite. The three-quarters of an acre grounds also feature a swimming pool and spa, formal landscaping, lawn area, and three-car garage.
Listing agents were James Pearson and Steve Shanks of our Encino office.
