When it comes to homes in Southern California, most people tend to imagine coastal homes that boast ocean views. Contrary to popular belief, homes in Southern California don’t need to be accompanied by coastal breezes in order to be special.

We decided it was time to praise some of these amazing properties, beginning with ones that are equestrian-friendly.

Any property is home to horses must also have enough land for these stunning animals to roam, plus adequate water and level space for a barn. The amount of land you have can also determine how many horses you are allowed to keep on your property. If you are looking to buy an equestrian property, tell your agent right away so they can find a listing that fits your needs.
