Musical aficionados, foodies, and anyone looking for a fun and one-of-a-kind experience should check out Adams Avenue Unplugged. This event combines musical performances with the unique dining and drinking establishments that are located along a two-mile stretch on Adams Avenue in San Diego. Each establishment has its own special ambiance that will be paired with a free musical performance, and four community stages are spread evenly throughout the district. More than 150 live performances will take place during this two-day celebration of food, local culture and music, with many artists performing multiple sets to ensure you get to see all of your favorites. The KIND free trolley service will be operating during the festival, as parking is limited and the event is expansive.

This overnight race is 125 miles long and starts at Balboa Pier, where racers will have to decide whether to head offshore for stronger winds or to sail the rhumb line toward the finish. This race has more than 50 trophy categories and is perfect for both first-time racers and experienced pros.

The Spring Garden Tour and Party, hosted by Ventura Botanical Gardens, proudly celebrates its seventh annual event this year. Tour seven of Ventura’s most fascinating gardens, including a showcase of palms, a whimsical art garden, and a Nantucket garden on the sea. As you feast your eyes on the colorful gardens, you can treat yourself to a cold beer from Surf Brewery and enjoy a variety of offerings from favorite food trucks. There also will be a plant sale and silent auction in City Hall.
