In what has been referred to as “The Coachella of Bacon” and one of “The Top 5 Festivals in California” you can enjoy unlimited amounts of bacon, beer, and beyond. Watch live chef demos dedicated to making the best bacon-inspired dish. Mixologists also will be competing for the best artisan and craft barrel beverages such as bourbon, beer, wine, and scotch. The best mixologist and chef will be named “Jefe del Porko” and have the title of Top Chef in next year’s VIP tent. Stone Brewing, artisan spirits, local restaurants, wineries, and bacon-focused vendors will be among the many participants. A percentage of proceeds will be donated to programs that support underserved children, farms, and local military charities. In addition to supporting great causes, Bacon and Barrels always incorporates its proprietary Environmental Event process, with a goal of 95 percent of all event trash diverted from the landfill.
