Two-time Emmy Award-winner Anna Gunn of “Breaking Bad” has sold the Hollywood Hills house she bought over 10 years ago for $1.775 million for $2 million. Agents Terry Canfield Schmidt and Rose Ware of our Beverly Hills office represented Gunn and the buyer. (more…)

The Poway totals are in, and Suzanne Kropf is No. 1 in sales volume as well as number of homes sold in Poway for 2015. This also makes her the top producer in our Rancho Bernardo once again. This accomplishment comes as no surprise to many, as Suzanne has been a consistent sales leader since obtaining her real estate license and joining us in 2000.
