Every home is someone’s castle. But some are more regal than others. Here are a few extraordinary residential transactions our agents have been involved in recently:
Reality TV stars Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s two West Hollywood Hills homes were snapped up within two weeks of each other. The first was daughter Kelly’s 1961 contemporary, with 2,538 square feet of living space, which fetched $2 million. Next was daughter Aimee’s boxy contemporary next door, with 2,038 square feet, which went for $2.25 million. Both homes have backyard pools, spas, and two-car garages. Kirk Hoffman of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ Beverly Hills office represented the buyer.
