Actors Natalie Zea, who currently stars as Robin Randall on the TBS comedy “The Detour” and Travis Schuldt who has appeared on “Scrubs” and “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” have found a new home in Glendale.
The Spanish-style home belonged to music industry veteran Henry Marx, founder of the Music Force publishing company.
Located in the Verdugo Woodlands, the compound is full of character and romantic details, such as vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, arched windows, and unique floral tilework.
Composed of roughly 5,000 square feet of living space, the home features hand-carved double-entry doors, a step-up dining room, and a den with wood-paneled built-ins and wet bar.
Inside, there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms plus a bright kitchen with a center island. Outside, the gated grounds boast a swimming pool and spa, expansive decking, a sports court, and outdoor kitchen.
The home has an attached and a detached guest house, plus a three-car garage.
The listing was represented by Beverly Hills team St. James + Canter and was purchased for $2.15 million.
Zea, 42, has had roles on television shows “Justified” and “The Shield.” Schuldt, 43, appeared on “General Hospital” and “NCIS” last year.
