Meet Linda, transferee

The Relocation Department received a call from a relocation management company (RMC), asking us to work with Linda, a transferee leaving California for New York for a job change. Although she had to sell the home she loved northwest of Los Angeles, Linda was very excited about the new opportunity in New York.

The RMC asked us to schedule an appointment for our agent to complete a broker market analysis and provide a marketing proposal the very next day. Linda requested an agent who was intimately familiar with her housing development, Dos Vientos in Newbury Park, because she felt it was unique to the area and that an agent who understood that would best market her home.

Meet Jeffrey Diamond, agent
