The estate is perched on eight acres in La Jolla and was previously owned by the Copley publishing family. Originally built in 1959, the home is modeled after a French country-style manor. While owned by Helen Copley, the home entertained famous guests such as President Richard Nixon. After she died, the property went to her son, David Copley.
