Wayne Woodyard, whose real estate career spans more than two decades as an agent and branch manager, has been named our new Orange County Vice President and Regional Manager.

“After interviewing many candidates and through the vision of growing our Orange County presence, Wayne rose to the top with the knowledge and drive to make growth happen. We are thrilled to have him dedicated to Orange County,” said Mary Lee Blaylock, President and CEO.

Wayne is a recognized leader in the real estate industry, having served as 2016 president of the 15,000-member Orange County Association of REALTORS® (OCAR) and President of the Laguna Beach Board of Realtors in 2009 and 2007.

In addition to OCAR, he is involved in the California Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and is director of the California Regional Multiple Listing Service.

Wayne had an extremely successful career as an agent, routinely selling more than 100 homes a year. He has been a dedicated member of management, with roles in recruiting, legal issues, and marketing.
