Zachary Levi, the actor who plays the leading role in the spy-comedy series “Chuck,” has sold his Studio City home for $1.4 million.
The buyer, who was represented by Stephanie Payab of our Encino office, will be walking into a traditional-style house with four bedrooms and bathrooms.
Built in 1952, the home has been extensively updated and featured a galley-style kitchen, a breakfast room, a beamed-ceiling living room, and large bay windows flanking the entry.
Upstairs, the master suite is peaceful and full of bright light, opening to a deck with a retractable awning.
Outside, a covered patio, brick-lined spa, and fire pit provide an inviting space to entertain.
Levi has also appeared in “Heroes Reborn,” “Telenovela,” “Tangled,” and “Thor: The Dark World.”
Levi purchased the property in 2004 for $875,000.
