There’s nothing like a national sales convention to get real estate agents revved up and motivated. And that’s exactly what happened March 6-8 at REv’d UP 2016 in Dallas. Ron Fineman, a longtime REALTOR®-Broker Associate in our La Jolla Prospect office and a Bird Rock resident, has been elected to serve on the board of directors of the Bird Rock Community Council.
The council’s mission is to engage in all activities that enhance the growth and improvement of Bird Rock as a vibrant and diverse neighborhood.

A chance encounter at the Laguna Beach Historical Society led to Chas. Aufhammer opening and closing an escrow in two days on a five-unit apartment property owned by one family for more than 40 years in the Woods Cove area of Laguna Beach. Well-maintained, in original condition, and close to the beach, the property has seven single-car garages. Some tenants have lived in the complex for 15 to 22 years.

The totals from 2015 are in, and several agents and teams from our company won big! As Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices sales associates from around the nation gather in Dallas, Texas, for our national convention, REv’d Up, our team took home some of the most prestigious rankings.
