Daylight saving is always a bittersweet time: An extra hour of daylight at the end of the day, in exchange for an unpleasant Monday morning after you’ve lost an hour of sleep.
Once they adjust to the loss of an hour, though, most people really enjoy the extra light that accompanies daylight saving time. (more…)

New Year’s resolutions can be hard.
According to Statistic Brain, only 9.2 percent of people surveyed felt they were successful in achieving their resolution last year. If you’re in the same boat as the 90 percent that didn’t feel confident about last year’s resolutions, it’s time to change that. (more…)
