Regional Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties Scott MacDonald is pleased to welcome luxury real estate expert Fa Karamzadeh to the Corona del Mar office. “Fa has built an excellent reputation and a loyal client base as a result of his no-nonsense approach to real estate,” said MacDonald. “With his focus on ethical business practices and superior market knowledge, he is a valuable asset to our office and our company.”

Karamzadeh is a 16-year veteran of the real estate industry with a proven track record of success in helping his clients. Known for his commitment to provide his buyers and sellers with the resources and guidance they need to make informed decisions, he has participated in more than $425 million of real estate sales.

Far more important to Karamzadeh than passing sales milestones, however, are the relationships that he has formed with his clients. “Relationships are paramount to what I do, so I have always worked to earn my clients’ trust and repeat business. To accomplish that goal I provide my clients with open, honest communications and carefully manage all of the details, to ensure that I can deliver a positive result for their transactions,” explains Karamzadeh.

The Charitable Foundation and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties are hosting Endless Summer II, a fashion fundraiser to benefit several local charities. Set for June 26 at the Laguna Design Center, the event will feature a fashion show from the brokerage’s agents and office managers, who will be modeling the summer offerings available from Mi Place, SALT, Hobie, and Petite Bonhomme.

Tickets are on sale for $50 and include food, beverages, live music with a notable DJ, and a unique fashion show with special shopping privileges. Bassman-Blaine is offering a 40 percent discount at their showroom for all guests and is also generously providing an additional donation of 10 percent of the proceeds back to The Charitable Foundation.

The evening’s target is to raise funds and support three worthy organizations. With this aid, the Orange County Child Abuse Prevention Center will make strides to break the cycle of child abuse in the community. Changing Souls, near and dear to local agent and board member Betty Callaway, will apply the funds to its homeless outreach efforts in Southern California. (more…)
