Meredith Baxter, best known for her role as Elyse Keaton on the television series “Family Ties,” recently sold her five-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,500-square-foot home in Santa Monica for $4.589 million.
The rustic contemporary-inspired home Baxter lived in for many years is set among trees on about a third of an acre, which also holds a guesthouse, pool, sitting areas, lawns, and mature landscaping. (more…)

When film fans think of Humphrey Bogart, he’s usually surrounded by the mostly Moorish architecture in “Casablanca.” But before the 1942 film became a box-office smash, “Bogey” lived for several years in an English Tudor-style home with a view of the original HOLLYWOODLAND sign. Bogart moved out about 1937, but the home still stands and was recently leased out thanks to Rose Ware and Terry Canfield of our Beverly Hills office. (more…)
