The 69th Annual Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival is here and features events for the whole family. Celebrate the date harvest with carnival rides, midway games, monster truck and motocross shows, camel and ostrich races, and an Arabian Nights Musical Pageant. Event features live music and headliners include Brett Eldredge, Ramon Ayala, The Commodores, Andy Grammer, and a Battle of the Bands competition.

Head to Balboa Park to celebrate craft beverages from around California. More than 40 breweries will be handing out samples of some of their very best beers. Each night will feature live local music, food, and other vendors. Proceeds benefit Outdoor Outreach and the San Diego Mountain Biking Association.

Is there a young explorer in your family? Head to Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park for a bike ride filled with adventure. Riders will learn the mysterious legends of a famed bandit hideout and discover stories about the previous inhabitants, the native Ajachamen people. Completion of the trip earns each rider a Ranger badge. The event is open to all ages 8 and up who can comfortably ride five miles.
