Brunch in Los Angeles

Finding the “best brunch” in any city depends a lot on your definition. Most food choices? Best price? Quality of ingredients? Overall dining experience?

As an international dining mecca, Los Angeles offers plenty of brunch choices for any type of cuisine and every budget. But where to start?

We’ve found five restaurants that serve at least one brunch a week in the sprawling city. Consider dining at one on your next visit, then vote with your palate on an online review site. There probably are more sites than restaurants, so check out the reviews before you commit your stomach to what should be a memorable meal.

I’ve seen the Estates at Del Sur through Jessica’s Google Glass picture tour, but last week it was time to see them on my own and one thing that stood out to me was … the stagers in these model homes used so many wine bottles!

Granted, the bottles are a part of three very nice features of the house. Downstairs there is a bar/wine area with more than ample storage space, a sink, and a tall, spacious wine refrigerator. Between the wine fridge and a beautiful chandelier is a series of metal wine racks.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has beautiful built-in cabinets including two separate spaces for storing wine.

Homeowner do it yourself

Like other areas of your household, locks can become dirty. When your lock is dirty and filled with gunk, it’s more likely to jam up or even break. Lock maintenance is something you should make part of your routine home-maintenance plan. Try to clean your locks at least twice a year to prevent buildup. Consider timing this process around daylight saving time to help you remember to complete the maintenance. The whole lock-cleaning process will only take you a few minutes, but can help you save on the cost of lock replacement.
