After helping hundreds of clients relocate to their ideal home, Diana Rubottom has found her own ideal home away from home. Three of them, to be precise. She is the new manager of our Rancho Santa Fe Village, Fairbanks Ranch and Del Rayo offices.
A Relocation Certified Fine Homes Specialist, Rubottom recently relocated herself after several years at the Newport Beach office. She is as excited about the move as any of her clients were about theirs.
“I was willing to relocate to wherever the company wanted me,” said Rubottom, who has been licensed since 1990 and formerly owned a real estate franchise in the Monterey-Carmel region. “I was thrilled when the Rancho Santa Fe position became available. I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism everyone demonstrates in my three offices. I worked over 23 years to find the perfect place and this is it.”

Alfredo Garcia has been promoted to manager of our Chula Vista Eastlake Village office. A real estate professional since 1996, he formerly was a member of the Escondido branch staff.
“Alfredo’s extensive experience in office operations and agent training, coupled with his cultural heritage and knowledge, make him the ideal choice to manage our Chula Vista office,” said David M. Cabot, President and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
Garcia became a licensed real estate agent in 1996, and has worked in operations since 1998 at the Escondido branch. Born in Mexico City, he is fluent in Spanish and English, as are many of his 70 agents.

Like the Cub Scout he once was, Kevin Williamson likes to be prepared. And he wants the agents he manages at the Rancho Bernardo office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties to be prepared as well – for success.
“I have been in sales since I was a Cub Scout selling wrapping paper door to door,” said Williamson, who was named manager of the Rancho Bernardo office last September. “One of the things I bring to the table is how to use the tools and technology we provide our agents. I am here to be their resource. I understand those processes and am able to show agents how to use them to advance their careers. I have an open-door policy. I’m here all the time and they appreciate that I moved here with my wife and family for the long term.” (more…)

Kevin Williamson, a 13-year real estate professional, has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties as manager of the 52-agent Rancho Bernardo location. He’s relocated with his family to Rancho Bernardo from his hometown, Riverside, after managing a large real estate office in Rancho Cucamonga the past three years. He was previously manager and a top-producing agent at another large real estate firm in Riverside County.
“Kevin has a deep understanding of the real estate market, especially the new technologies that help agents grow their business,” said David M. Cabot, President and CEO of San Diego-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. “He is known for creating a culture of ethical, professional licensed agents in his offices, and we are extremely pleased that he has decided to join us.”
