Recognizing her focus on providing a superior standard of service to her clients, Katie Holmes of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties was recently honored with San Diego Magazine’s “Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction” award. The award is the result of a survey, in which more than 31,000 home buyers and industry experts were asked to identify the county’s leading real estate agents.
Holmes was also recently notified that she is a finalist for the Realtor of the Year award for 2014, which is given by the San Diego Association of Realtors. The honor is a result of her service to the community and the entire real estate industry.
“Katie has built an exemplary reputation,” said Kevin Williamson, manager of the brokerage’s Rancho Bernardo office. “She is constantly researching the latest developments in real estate and looking for ways to improve the level of service she provides. Even as a boy, Brent Consedine had a passion for real estate. He felt deep down that he would work in the industry one day, and he was right. He not only has achieved his goal, but he also ignites his love of great homes and helping people find them in the agents he supervises as broker/manager of the Central San Diego, Mission Hills and Scripps Ranch offices of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and public relations from California State University, Fullerton, Brent went to work in the life-sciences industry, helping find suitable donors with rare blood types. “Recruiting has always been a major component of my career, and that certainly helps in my current position,” he said.
He earned a California real estate license in 1996 and made the permanent career switch in 2004. His instincts proved correct as he worked his way up to managing his offices’ approximately 100 agents. Offering them exceptional training and support is his personal passion.
