A chance encounter at the Laguna Beach Historical Society led to Chas. Aufhammer opening and closing an escrow in two days on a five-unit apartment property owned by one family for more than 40 years in the Woods Cove area of Laguna Beach. Well-maintained, in original condition, and close to the beach, the property has seven single-car garages. Some tenants have lived in the complex for 15 to 22 years.
