The corporate headquarters of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties has relocated to a state-of-the-art, Class-A office building in The Heights at Del Mar at 12770 El Camino Real, Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92130.

Onsite fitness center included

Each office and workstation is configured with new high-tech, ergonomic office furniture, including stand-or-sit desks that encourage people to get up on their feet and move around. A “wellness room” allows employees to take a break in a quiet, relaxing setting, and they can work out in an onsite fitness center. A large indoor kitchen with floor-to-ceiling sliding-glass doors opens to the deck area.

Other features include a large reception area; a cutting-edge training room with a modular conference table that can be segmented for small, intimate classes; five conference rooms of varying sizes; and compact storage space as an incentive to move to electronic storage while reducing clutter and paper use.

Walking distance to shops, dining

The building is adjacent to the new One Paseo mixed-use complex, which offers full-service retail space, an expansive recreation center, a parcourse outdoor fitness trail, basketball and volleyball courts, and a swimming pool. Also within walking distance is Del Mar Highlands Town Center, a major shopping destination with restaurants, grocery stores, specialty shops, and movie theaters.
