The Charitable Foundation

When individuals and the communities in which they live and work band together, something truly remarkable can happen. The Charitable Foundation, a nonprofit organization run by real estate agents from our company, is proof that when people care, they have the ability to make neighborhoods throughout Southern California stronger and more vibrant.

Raising funds for local organizations

Since its inception on May 16, 1995, The Foundation has donated more than $5 million to organizations that promote health, education, community, and the environment.

As The Foundation celebrates its 20th anniversary year, this milestone is amplified by reaching the $5 million mark – a goal that seemed almost unimaginable to the board members and volunteers who worked so hard to improve the lives of people throughout Southern California.
