For the 19th year in a row, our brokerage has outperformed the competition and made it to No. 1 in the Top Residential Real Estate Companies category in the San Diego Business Journal’s Book of Lists for 2016, based on local sales volume.
The Book is an exclusive compilation of 84 lists containing data for San Diego County’s leading businesses. Sixty-one percent of San Diego Business Journal subscribers refer to the Book of Lists at least once a month throughout the year.

The Charitable Foundation, a nonprofit organization run by real estate agents from our company, is proof that when people care, they have the ability to make neighborhoods throughout Southern California stronger and more vibrant.
Since its inception on May 16, 1995, The Foundation has donated more than $5 million to organizations that promote health, education, community, and the environment.
As The Foundation celebrates its 20th anniversary year, this milestone is amplified by reaching the $5 million mark – a goal that seemed almost unimaginable to the board members and volunteers who worked so hard to improve the lives of people throughout Southern California.
