All aboard for fun with the Irvine Park Railroad’s 18th Annual Christmas Train. Kids of all ages can take pictures with Santa Claus, hear a wonderful story from Mrs. Claus, play exciting carnival games, try their hand at Christmas-cookie decorating, create a festive picture at the coloring corner and much, much more.

Cliff Helbock

“Low-key but powerful” is how people in the real industry describe him, Cliff Helbock says. A look at his 30-year track record proves them right.

Helbock, broker/manager of the Escondido office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, has paved the way to successful careers for hundreds of licensed agents.

“I love to recruit, train and retrain agents,” he said. “Many of my agents have been with me 10 years or more. We have a very high retention rate in my office, about 95 percent year to year.

“I just love to see agents succeed. For me it’s almost better than getting paid to see their eyes light up when they get their first commission check or achieve their next goal.”

Spices

An all-new Penzeys Spices store has come to Anaheim at 621 N. Euclid St. A one-stop-shop for spices and herbs, Penzeys originally opened in Milwaukee and now operates more than 70 stores in 29 states. Although best known for their spices and herbs, a variety of other great items can be bought from the Penzeys online store, including kitchen towels, wedding charms, mills and shakers, mugs, magnets and empty jars.
