Kristin Elise Link

Kristin Elise Link, a third-generation La Jollan, has been named Rookie of the Year in our La Jolla office for having the highest sales volume of an agent new to the industry in her first 18 months.

“In Elise’s case it was 12 months, as two of her sales were listings in excess of more than $1 million each in La Jolla last year,” said Nicki Marcellino, Regional Vice President and Branch Manager.

“We are proud to have Elise as a member of our team. Her hard work and dedication to her clients and the community are not only a tribute to her success, but also contribute to the culture of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties La Jolla office.”

Diana Rubottom

After helping hundreds of clients relocate to their ideal home, Diana Rubottom has found her own ideal home away from home. Three of them, to be precise. She is the new manager of our Rancho Santa Fe Village, Fairbanks Ranch and Del Rayo offices.

A Relocation Certified Fine Homes Specialist, Rubottom recently relocated herself after several years at the Newport Beach office. She is as excited about the move as any of her clients were about theirs.

“I was willing to relocate to wherever the company wanted me,” said Rubottom, who has been licensed since 1990 and formerly owned a real estate franchise in the Monterey-Carmel region. “I was thrilled when the Rancho Santa Fe position became available. I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism everyone demonstrates in my three offices. I worked over 23 years to find the perfect place and this is it.”

Cliff Helbock

“Low-key but powerful” is how people in the real industry describe him, Cliff Helbock says. A look at his 30-year track record proves them right.

Helbock, broker/manager of the Escondido office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, has paved the way to successful careers for hundreds of licensed agents.

“I love to recruit, train and retrain agents,” he said. “Many of my agents have been with me 10 years or more. We have a very high retention rate in my office, about 95 percent year to year.

“I just love to see agents succeed. For me it’s almost better than getting paid to see their eyes light up when they get their first commission check or achieve their next goal.”
